Casa Grande, Ariz – After competing in the DA Winter Showcase in Florida the week prior, the Barça Residency Academy U-19s hit the road again for a weekend doubleheader in Northern California. Ged Quinn’s U-19s topped DA West – Blue Division competitors Silicon Valley Soccer 2-1 on Saturday with goals by Bryce Duke and Amadeo Chapru Tate and shut out Breakers FC 2-0 on Sunday with goals by Nathan Ortiz and Jason Villalba.
The Barça Residency Academy U-19s wrap up the year on a seven-game unbeaten streak (5W-0L-2D) that dates back to November 3rd. The players will enjoy the holiday break and return to DA action on February 8, 2020 when they host DA West – Blue Division front runner, Crossfire Premier at Grande Sports World – Home of Barça Residency Academy.
