Casa Grande, AZ – The Barca Residency Academy MLS Next teams add another undefeated match day to their books as they went storming through Chula Vista FC at Grande Sports World on Saturday. Barca’s four teams went on to score 14 goals while only conceding four from the opposition, gathering all 12 points in the competition.
Barca Residency Academy U-19s
Barca’s U-19s capped off the day with an impressive 5-1 victory vs. Chula Vista FC. Zack Smuck and Brian McManus put in a fantastic shift as they both grabbed a brace while Andrew Myerson grabbed the fifth and final goal of the day. Barca showed grit and determination, not letting up until the final whistle.
Barca Residency Academy U-17s
Barca’s U-17s were also victorious as they secured a 4-2 victory vs. Chula Vista FC. Mark Bronnik continued his tremendous form as he secured a brace. Massimo Meneses and Jordi Ayala each grabbed a goal. Barca showcased immense skill as they dominated the match from start to finish.
Barca Residency Academy U-16s
Barca’s U-16s followed suit as they secured three points Saturday morning, cruising to a 2-0 victory against Chula Vista FC. Joshua Sosa and Anthony Perez also continued their great run of form as they both notched a goal in the match. Jan Villegas kept a clean sheet after a fantastic performance in goal.
Barca Residency Academy U-15s
Lastly, Barca’s U-15 team had an outstanding performance against Chula Vista in a 3-1 win. Xavier Cisneros and Diego Pineiro grabbed a goal while Julian Blalock scored the third and final goal in his debut performance. A great showing from the team in a well-deserved win.
