Barca Residency Academy’s MLS NEXT Homegrown teams returned to the pitch for their first set of official games in 2026. They hit the road to Las Vegas, Nevada, for a battle against Las Vegas Sports Academy and Albion SC Las Vegas. The Homegrown sides combined for five wins, two draws, and one loss across the two matchups. U-19 striker Xavi Cisneros shined over the weekend, pouring in five goals in two games.

Barca Residency Academy opened the weekend with two wins, a draw, and a loss against Las Vegas Sports Academy. Cisneros and the U-19s highlighted the day as he willed his squad to a narrow 4-3 win with an impressive hat-trick. The U-15s earned the other win on the day, picking up three points and a clean sheet.

Barca wrapped up the Vegas trip on a high note, securing three wins and a draw against Albion SC Las Vegas. Cisneros stayed hot for the U-19s, scoring two goals to help his team earn six points on the weekend. The U17s bounced back behind two goals from Cristiano Vela and a snipe into the top bin by Graham Ford off a free kick. The U15s finished the day continuing their trend, taking home six points on the road.
