Samuel Mendoza, one of Barça Residency Academy’s rising stars, has been called to a domestic U-15 Mexican National Team training camp that is taking place this week in Mexico City.
24 players were called into the four-day camp that began on October 20 at the “CAR” (Centro de Alto Rendimiento) High Performance Center in Mexico City.
Mendoza and Barca Residency Academy teammates Gerardo Ambriz and Ronaldo Guadarrama were called to the U-15 Mexican National Team Identification camp that took place in Ontario, California last month, where Mendoza impressed the FMF scouts.
Mendoza joins the U-15 National Team for its fifth training camp of the year.
Under the direction of U-15 head coach Cristian Flores, the 24 players will participate in daily training sessions and compete in a scrimmage on the final day of camp.
