Casa Grande, AZ (December 10, 2021) – Barça Residency Academy’s U14 Pre-Academy team are 2021-22 Arizona State League 1 Champions earning an automatic bid to the 2022 State Cup Tournament this summer. Coach Carl Francazio and his first-year U14 team finished the season with an impressive record of 9-1-1 with six shutout wins. They scored a total of 29 goals while only allowing four total goals from their opponents.
The U14s concluded the ASL 1 season with a 2-0 win over RSL-AZ Southern last weekend. This weekend the team will travel to Nevada where they will compete in the Las Vegas Players Showcase from March 11-13.
